As the Principal and founder of Norris Creative, Rick leads a team of seasoned creative and marketing professionals in the development and implementation of direct marketing campaigns designed to produce results. He is dedicated to strategic leadership, creative innovation, and careful attention to meeting client needs.

Rick formed Norris Creative in 1995 after honing his skills on both the ad agency and corporate sides of the business. With extensive expertise in the direct marketing arena, Rick has focused his business on helping other companies grow their organizations, business divisions, memberships, and product offerings.
Prior to starting his own company, Rick spent many years in Creative Director-level positions at several leading direct marketing advertising agencies, including DiMark (now Harte Hanks). His initial training in the direct marketing field was gained on the corporate side, as a Copywriter at National Liberty Corporation (now AEGON Specialty Markets).
As a dedicated professional, Rick has developed successful relationships with many clients and business associates over the years. These partnerships have been invaluable to continued growth, and the ability to offer clients a full range of services.
Rick is consistently involved in continuing career development and industry volunteerism. He frequently attends and participates in industry seminars and conferences, and volunteers his time and talents. Rick currently serves as Chair of the Business Partner Advisory Forum for the Professional Insurance Marketing Association (PIMA).
Educated at Temple University, Rick earned a Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Communications and a minor in Marketing.
